Freight Forwarding from China

Contact LHD with your booking or shipment reference to request an update. The available tracking method depends on the carrier and transport service. If tracking has stopped updating, include the last recorded status and date so the team can check the shipment's progress.

Share your cargo type, package dimensions, gross weight, destination and required delivery date. These details help us compare the available air, ocean and express options for your shipment. Ask for a quote that specifies the transport method, estimated transit time and included charges.

Delivery time depends on the route, transport method, cargo readiness, customs processing and final delivery arrangements. Send your pickup location, destination and required delivery date for an estimate. Ask which stages are included in the quoted time and whether it is measured in working or calendar days.

Use our contact page or email zoexer@lhdlogistics.com. Include your pickup location, destination, cargo description, package count, dimensions, gross weight and preferred shipping date. For Amazon FBA shipments, also provide the destination warehouse details when available. Please identify any special handling requirements.

Acceptance depends on the goods, route and carrier. Before booking, send a complete cargo description and disclose batteries, liquids, powders or other items that may require special handling or documents. Contact us to confirm whether a suitable service is available before sending goods to a warehouse.

Discuss packaging, handling requirements and any insurance needs before booking. Ask which risks and liability terms apply to the selected service and which documents would be needed for a claim. Keep packing details and shipment records, and report any loss or visible damage promptly with the shipment reference.

Tell us your suppliers' locations, cargo details, destination, budget and delivery priorities. You can discuss combining procurement support, warehousing, consolidation and international shipping. The available scope and charges should be confirmed in your shipment proposal before booking.
