Before arranging an inspection in China, agree the product specification, sample size, checks, location and report format. An inspection report records the findings within that scope; it does not guarantee every unit is defect-free or replace product testing and regulatory review.
Define the checks before booking
Provide the order quantities, approved samples, packaging and labeling requirements, and the functions to be checked. Confirm whether specialist testing or a separate qualified provider is required.
Use the report to decide what happens next
Review the findings with your supplier before authorizing dispatch. Rework, reinspection, payment and shipment release should follow your agreed purchasing terms. Keep inspection records with the shipment documents.
Discuss an inspection request with your product details, supplier location and cargo-ready date.
